Shipping typically takes 3-8 business days AFTER the individual production time of the items. You can see the production time for each item in the item's listing. Some items may ship separately.

Please note that during holiday seasons when volumes are higher than usual, it may take a few extra days for your items to arrive.

We do our absolute best to package fragile items securely. However, sometimes accidents do happen in transit. If your items arrive damaged, please hold on to all packing materials (they may be necessary to file a postal claim) and send us a message with a photograph of the item and packing materials (if damaged) for a full refund or exchange.

P.S. you may notice a slight "vinegar" scent on your fabric items upon arrival. It's just caused by leftover residue from an ink bonding agent, and it should completely disappear after the item's first wash!

All of my items are made to order, and each item has its own production time, stated in the listing, which allows for the item to be cleaned, pre-treated, printed, and dried. If these steps are rushed, the ink may not set properly, which could cause the design to smudge or not be permanent. Because of this, we cannot speed up the production time. Please be sure to factor in the item's production time, plus an additional 3-8 business days for shipping, before you place your order.

Working with manufacturers was not a decision that I took lightly. I've taken care to source only the best printers for every type of material (that's why you see several different ones listed!) to make sure that I could focus on creating the best designs, knowing that I can rely on them to flawlessly transfer them to high quality products.

Each item is made to order for our customers, and orders are immediately transferred to our print shops by an automated process so that we can get them shipped out to you as soon as possible. Because of this, we cannot accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges. Please be sure that your order and address are correct at checkout, since we cannot alter them after your order is placed.
